Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept money orders and personal checks if you order by postal mail. If you send us a check or money order, please make it out to Healthy Sunshine, Inc. If you order from us by credit card, the order will appear on your personal credit card bill under the name Healthy Sunshine.
Returns
If within 30 days of your order on our site, you are dissatisfied and need to return a product, please contact us for a Return Authorization number and instructions. Products returned after 30 days or without using this procedure will be rejected and no refund will be given. Please allow 5-10 days from the time we receive the product back for the refund to appear back in your account. NOTE: Returns and refunds will NOT be authorized due to situations of customer misuse or negligence. Examples include (but are not limited to) failing to retrieve package from a mailbox when delivered or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Due to credit card processing fees and procedures, a 4% charge may be retained unless an exchange is made.
Cancellations
While we understand that occasionally mistakes are made when ordering, cancelling an order incurs costs to us--both from a time standpoint but also that the credit card processors charge significant fees when orders are refunded. Please understand that we will have to recoup those costs. Cancellations that are refunded will have 4% of the charge retained to cover these costs.
Credit Card Security
Needless to say, your privacy and the security of your credit card are important to us. Our website meets and exceeds the industry PCI standards. We do not keep card information after it is used to process your order.
