Sales Taxes
We do not collect sales taxes except for shipments within the state of Tennessee.
Shipping Costs/Times
- Economy Shipping (see below for qualified shipments): $3.50-$7.95 (3-10 business days, depending on location and products ordered)
- Standard Shipping (orders less than $100): $8.45 (usually 3-5 business days)
- Standard Shipping (orders over $100): $12.45
- On rare occasions for very large orders, shipping may be slightly higher.
During the checkout process, Economy shipping will only be made available for selection if the following conditions are met:
- The order weight (including packaging) is under two pounds
- The order contains only items that would not be damaged if shipped outside a box (i.e., no glass bottles, boxed cleanses, etc.)
- The order does not contain anything that would be compromised for the extended shipping time
Delivery Carriers
For orders in the continental United States, Standard Shipping orders may be shipped via US Postal Service or by UPS. Economy shipping (only available on select orders) is done by US Postal Service.
For orders outside the lower 48, (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, etc.), the orders may be shipped at least partially by International Bridge.
Expedited Shipping
If for some reason, you need expedited shipping, we can get a price quote for you on a quicker shipping method. Please call us during our normal business hours and we will be glad to help you. Please note that calling earlier in the day increases the chances of being able to accommodate expedited shipping on the same day. Calls on Wednesday afternoon and later greatly limit your options simply due to carrier weekend schedules.
